Hello! I’m Jennifer!
nutritional therapist, HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH, & pharmacist.
I have been working in healthcare as a pharmacist for the last 16 years. Throughout my career I have worked across various sectors including community, hospital &, GP practices and although I love elements of my job, I always felt there was something missing. I love educating people on their medications and medical conditions, and helping to reduce their medication burden and side effects where possible. This passion for helping others optimise their health and my own personal health struggles led me to explore the world of lifestyle medicine and nutrition.
In 2019 I began to research alternative solutions for both my patients and also myself and attended a lifestyle medicine course in London. I left feeling truly inspired! I knew this was the right path for me and could see the huge impact it could make to peoples lives including my own.
Soon after this I enrolled with The College of Naturopathic Medicine to study naturopathic nutritional therapy and health coaching with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition a few months later and I haven’t looked back since.
I am passionate about sharing the techniques and knowledge which have had a huge impact on my life with you! By combining my pharmaceutical knowledge with a naturopathic, whole person approach I provide a unique service which bridges the gap between conventional and alternative approaches to healthcare.

These are a few of my favorite things…
- I love being in nature whether it’s mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking or wild swimming, I’m here for it all!
- I’m a food fanatic! I’ve had a passion for food from a young age, so you won’t find any restrictive diets here! Nutritious food doesn’t have to be boring!
- I come from a family of itinerary makers and I love being organised. I’m a big fan of a plan and I am obsessed with Marie Kondo ~ there is magic in tidying up!
- Travel! Oh how I have missed it over the last couple of years. I have so many places still to tick off the list but my favourites so far have been skiing in Japan and backpacking in Vietnam!
